In addition to performing as a solo acoustic artist, Jim was also the founding member and chief songwriter for the original Folk-Rock band, The Basiks and occasionally performs with the Chicago-based classic rock band, The Shades. Now residing in Southwest Michigan, he continues to gig at local and regional venues and events.
